Growth versus Fixed Mindset
Carol Dweck has researched Growth Mindset extensively. This is a great video highlighting the difference between a Growth Mindset and a Fixed Mindset. What is vital to emphasise however is mindset is context dependent and therefore that any one individual can have different mindsets for different things.
